Associate Professor, Internal Medicine and Campus Dean at Rocky Vista University, Ivins Utah campus. Served as volunteer internal medicine physician at the Old Irving Park Community Clinic, where I provide comprehensive and compassionate care to a diverse patient population. With over 30 years of experience in the field, I am passionate about improving health outcomes and quality of life through prevention, education, and holistic treatment.
In addition to my clinical and academic roles, I am a certified medical health and wellness coach at Chicago Wellness Solutions, where I help clients achieve their wellness goals through nutrition and exercise therapy, medical hypnosis, and behavioral change. I have a Master of Science in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an American Council on Exercise certification. I am also skilled in health information technology, and have a strong background in business development and leadership. My mission is to integrate osteopathic medicine and health coaching to promote optimal health and well-being for individuals and communities.
